Our aircraft fuel foam is a reticulated foam structure that only reduces fuel volume by 2-4%. It meets FAA requirements: Advisory Circular AC 120-98A, Fuel Tank Flammability Reduction or FTFR, and FAR 25.981. Our full cell foam is a flexible, lightweight, 3-dimensional polymer fire screen to help prevent combustion.

We can specially create your fuel tank foam to meet any specific challenges or requirements you are currently facing. We use advanced 3D model technology to make sure you are getting the best foam that is light weight and easy to install.
